What the form collects
Your name, work email, optional company name and project message are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential pilot collaboration. Please do not include sensitive information or access credentials.
Delivery and protection
Cloudflare Email delivers messages to the operator’s contact inbox and Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam. Cloudflare processes form contents for delivery and technical data, including IP address and verification token, for protection. Messages are received in the operator’s email inbox. No marketing subscription is created.
Purpose and retention
We process project enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and other questions on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence. We retain enquiries for 12 months after the last communication. If a contract follows, we provide information about any further processing separately.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. Use the email on the contact page. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Providing the fields is voluntary, but we need your contact details and message to reply.
